CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

Today many companies are facing big challenges in implementing a high-end infrastructure that can accommodate business changes as business requirements grow with demand. To successfully manage this growth and change, and to continuously deliver the best service level for the end-users, a company's infrastructure should be built on a solid architectural foundation. This architectural foundation must meet a number of key design goals, such as scalability, to meet growing requirements and needs: availability to achieve maximum service levels, security to protect users and their data, and manageability to ease ongoing monitoring and support.

:: TRINEC Expertise
IT service companies usually offer consultancy and implementation services in one or more areas covering hardware, software, LAN, WAN and security, but none delivers the total solution design, implementation and on-going operation support of an infrastructure in all those mentioned areas like TRINEC does.

TRINEC's team possesses an extensive expertise in the design and implementation of high-end systems solutions based on Windows Active Directory services, Web services, high-end Exchange Server implementations and others. TRINEC's expertise also covers high-end networking solutions in both LAN and WAN areas, in addition to network management, VPN connectivity and secure web access. Moreover, TRINEC's expertise extends to include high-end Internet security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection, content filtering and more.

In fact, TRINEC's engineering team has designed and implemented some of the largest Internet Data Centers in the Middle East in terms of servers and number of hosted services and applications based on Microsoft technologies.

:: Design and Implementation Methodologies
TRINEC follows advanced and well-known designs and methodologies, where all activities are documented and supervised by qualified project managers. TRINEC will handle the project from the design and planning phase all the way to the production phase, covering the facility, network, systems, OS, and applications design and deployment, and going through the extensive testing and fine tuning of the whole solution.

A typical project implementation plan starts with the design phase which covers the facility management, network and systems design, directory design, and security and Internet policies. Once the design phase is approved, the deployment begins covering the OS, Windows Active Directory, Anti-Virus, SAN configuration, cluster configuration, Exchange Server, Web services, and ISA to name a few. TRINEC can also handle the deployment of the telecom equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls. Once the deployment is over, the testing phase begins where all set policies are tested, and systems and network performance are monitored. Using the information gathered during the testing period, TRINEC's engineers will work on the fine-tuning of the total solution in order to get it ready for the final production phase.
