:: What hardware/software is required at my company's site to access TRINEC data center?

Any PC running Unix, Linux, OS/2, DOS and any version of Windows, can run an ICA client and connect to our Data Center. ICA client can also run on a Macintosh, a Windows CE device, or simply on a Thin Client terminal.

TRINEC management and employees are bound for secrecy and data confidentiality under very strict clauses that include both financial and legal penalties.
-Restricted physical access to the Data Center via Biometric Scan ID.
-TRINEC hosted Data is encrypted via PKI File Encryption.

TRINEC uses CISCO advanced firewall technology against external threats. Moreover, TRINEC security administrators for network hacking continuously monitor servers, applications and data.

TRINEC operates two Data Centers, one in Beirut, and another one in Jordan that acts as a Hot/Cold recovery site towards the node in Beirut through a complete fail-over option.

TRINEC offers a 24/7 first level support and 8a.m. to 6p.m. second level support.
Our response time is as follows:


From 8a.m. to 6p.m.
i. 1 hour if problem is from system/storage/data center.
ii. 24 hours if problem is a 3rd party application.
From 6p.m.to 8a.m.
i. First level support.

No problem. TRINEC can seamlessly integrate any of the applications it offers with your existing desktop environment. The users will be able to access these applications as if they were local and never be able to tell the difference.

:: What if I don't want to store my data in your data center, but have it stored locally instead?

If you have a computer as an access device and not a thin client, then you can use its drives for storage of your data. Connecting to your desktop in TRINEC Data Center does not change anything on your computer's local resources.
